We are looking for some exceptional talent to join our team as a Hardware Engineer.
Your Day to Day
- Lead board bring-up processes and support R&D engineering
- Perform complex debug and root-cause analysis on PCBAs
- Execute high-precision soldering and rework (SMT/PTH)
- Manage lab operations, kitting, and interface with subcontractors
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in component-level troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis
- Expert proficiency with Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, and DMMs
- Expertise in fine-pitch SMT (0201, QFN/BGA) and manual rework under a microscope
- Strong ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and PCB layouts
- Proven ability to write technical documents, including ATP (Acceptance Test Procedures) and detailed testing reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel for data tracking and analysis
- Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced R&D environment
- A proactive team player with a strong service-oriented approach
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
